All-Safe is only as good as the team members we have working with us.  Our management team has over 300 years of combined experience and expertise in the industry. They realize that it takes everyone doing their part to keep the wheels turning.  They all take their jobs seriously, go over and beyond what is expected to ensure safety on our jobs sites, while maintaining customer satisfaction.  Allow us to introduce you to the team that keeps this machine we call All-Safe working every day. We are proud of our team and their accomplishments.

President/CEO – Tim Nixon
Tim Nixon founded All-Safe in 1997 after moving from Savannah to Augusta. He has been working in the industrial maintenance industry for over 30 years. He now oversees all divisions of the company and mentors and develops young supervisors and managers to build the company more. He enjoys cooking and grilling out for both work and play. He is always entertaining. He loves taking people fishing and hunting. Tim is a big family man and loves spending time with his two daughters, son, and grandson. And we can’t forget to mention that Tim is a devoted Georgia Bulldogs fan.

Executive Vice President – Natalie Nixon
Natalie Nixon has been with All-Safe since its inception in 1997. She has worked in the industry for over 15 years. In the beginning, Natalie ran the administrative division of the business and developed all of the policies and procedures for the company. Natalie now oversees some of the administrative functions, develops and trains new administrative staff members, and helps Tim develop new divisions of the business. She is involved with the implementation of many new programs and getting All-Safe to be a certified green contractor. In her free time, Natalie enjoys cooking, reading, going fishing, and shopping.

All Safe Industrial Services Division Manager Adam RubendallDivision Manager – Adam Rubendall
Adam Rubendall has been with All-Safe for over 4 years but has over 12 years experience. He has worked his way up from a helper/painter to being the division manager. Adam oversees all painting operations and project estimations for coatings projects. He manages all field quality control and develops business in new areas. Adam enjoys watching college football with his two sons, going hunting, and occasionally golfing.




All Safe Industrial ServicesProduct Manager Richard Taylor Project Manager – Richard Taylor
Ricky Taylor manages many of the North Carolina job sites we work at. He has been working in the industry for over 35 years and knows it very well. He is responsible for monitoring every job to make sure it is completed on schedule, ordering and seeing that the employees have all materials they need to complete the job, and ensuring that the customer is satisfied at the completion of the job. Ricky also estimates jobs on those sites and works closely with the Division Manager.  Ricky loves being outdoors and going fishing and hunting with this family and friends. He enjoys watching sports like college basketball, the NFL, and NASCAR racing.

All Safe Industrial Services Construction Manager Mike SteinConstruction Manager – Mike Stein
Mike Stein manages the scaffold division of All-Safe. He estimates projects, oversees that the jobs are completed on schedule and on budget. He has been working in the scaffold industry for over 10 years. Mike has built up the scaffold division of All-Safe to reach beyond just the Augusta area. He prides himself on being able to encourage the employees to work as a team and get a job done safely. Mike enjoys reading, playing basketball with his son and daughter and lifting weights.



All Safe Industrial Services Production Manager Joey HardyProduction Manager – Joey Hardy
Joey Hardy has over 30 years experience in industrial maintenance. As the production manager, Joey is responsible for coordinating all employee labor for jobs completed in North Carolina. He manages the contracted labor at the plants as well as all scheduling and managing the labor for all other jobs. He makes sure that each job has the best employees working on it with the most apt skills to complete the job. Joey is an outdoor enthusiast. He loves going fishing and hunting with his wife and son any chance they get.


All Safe Industrial Services NC Safety Director Jason BiggsNC Safety Director – Jason Biggs
Jason Biggs has over seven years experience in Industrial and Commercial safety compliance.  He coordinates all safety training, job safety audits, and ensures company compliance with OSHA, MSHA, and site specific regulations.  He is an approved OSHA, MSHA, CPR, and First Aid Instructor.  Jason loves spending time on the water with his family and friends.  He also enjoys fishing, hunting, and wakeboarding. 



All Safe Industrial Services Administrative Operations Director Amy McGheeAdministrative Operations Director – Amy McGhee
Amy McGhee has worked in management for over 7 years. Amy is responsible for all human resources functions. She also coordinates all IT services and software/hardware implementation. She supervises all administrative staff and oversees the day to day operations of the administrative division. Amy has pioneered the process of getting All-Safe to go paperless. Amy enjoys cooking, reading, boating, and spending time with her family.

 


North Carolina Operations Manager - Brett Bass
Brett Bass has been working in Industrial Chemical facilities since he graduated from Clemson University in 1986. Among his achievements, Brett worked with DSM Chemicals in Augusta, GA for 21 years and was responsible for the operations of four plants. Brett is the NC Operations Manager for All-Safe and is responsible overseeing and managing all of the divisions in North Carolina. Brett is married and has two teenage girls. He enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, going horseback riding, boating, and fishing

Training Director - Beth Etheridge
Beth Etheridge is the Training Director for All-Safe and has over 20 years experience as a trainer. She was previously a third-party trainer for All-Safe as she administered classes in Leadership and Communication to both administrative staff and supervisors in 2009. Apart from providing all employee development training, Beth is also assisting with the strategic planning and development of company policies and procedures. Beth loves to spend time with her friends and family, especially her grandchildren. She enjoys traveling and playing games with her loved ones.
