All-Safe Industrial Services, Inc. Introduces New Blasting Technology BEECH ISLAND, SC
All-Safe Industrial Services, Inc. has invested in a new “green” blasting system that is on the cutting edge of surface cleaning technology and promotes All-Safe’s goal to be a “green-contractor’.
The new blasting system uses a specific cleaning agent that is composed of a natural mineral which reduces the dispersal of any harmful or dangerous chemicals, which some older systems use, into the air. The system combines this cleaning agent with water and a minimal amount of media to clean any surface from a boat hull to the toughest industrial surfaces.
Because the system uses a minimal amount of media and less than 2 quarts of water per minute, there is no need for expensive containment. Also no harmful particles are being released into the breathing air, which makes the use of personal protective equipment such as blast hoods and suits a thing of the past. The system is even safe enough to use in enclosed spaces without hoods and other air purifiers.
Labor costs are reduced as well with this new blasting method. As seen in the video, it only takes seconds to blast off 41 mils of paint.
All-Safe has used this system on many different types of blasting projects with excellent results and praise from customers. All-Safe excited to introduce this new technology to customers as an inexpensive and environmentally friendly alternative to conventional surface cleaning.
